File a claim

We're sorry if an unfortunate event occurred during your trip. However, we are happy to assist you.

If an event covered by your policy interfered with your trip, simply file a claim and provide the necessary supporting documents. We will process your claim quickly and will be available to answer any questions you have.

Important notice: You will not be entitled to reimbursement or compensation in respect of services which were not requested during the journey and which were not arranged by Evasan. This is why we strongly advise you to call us immediately in case of emergency!

In case of medical treatment

In cases where assistance is not required, you can visit any licensed medical practitioner who can provide you with the necessary medical treatment. Medication prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner will be reimbursed.

In case of admission to the hospital, the institution will ask for a guarantee of payment. In such cases it is important to call our assistance and support centre at +41 22 929 52 52.

Our service centre will assist you and through our network we will recommend you the appropriate hospital depending on your situation.
