We are an international medical Assistance Company operating out of Switzerland. We are looking for an additional resource for our Alarm Centre. Your key tasks will be:

• Deliver information over the phone
• Route the person calling (and/or her family)
• Open the medical claim’s file
• Take the first immediate urgent steps as needed
  
  

Required languages:

• French
• English
• Any additional language among the following will be a + : german-italian-spanish
  
  

Other:

• Good general culture and education
• Enjoy contact with people
• Availability to people suffering from a medical low, average severity or even high gravity
• Good computer skills (windows-Outlook-DESK)
