We have compiled the "Top 5" to highlight the importance of purchasing an insurance before you depart on your trip.

1. I fell and injured myself!
   Whether you are in Singapore or Canada, taking a spiritual journey in Tibet or indulging in the earthly pleasures of Las Vegas, Evasan’s assistance team is only one phone call away. We will provide medical advice and refer you to a doctor in your location, if possible speaking the language of your choice.
2. I had an accident!
   If you’ve had an accident and are unable to move, we will send an emergency medical team to take you to the nearest hospital, or a doctor to visit you at your hotel.
3. "I think my son has an ear infection. What’s "ear infection" in Italian?"
   At Evasan, we speak over 10 languages and are happy to be a communicating bridge between you and your doctor as well as relay messages to the loved ones at home. If necessary, a local interpreter will be provided.
4. I need to be evacuated!
   If your accident has inevitably ended your holiday and you require further treatments or surgery at home, we will organize a repatriation taking care of everything from flight and hotel cancellations, buying a new ticket to a medical team meeting you at the airport.
5. I am lost! Help!
   You mean: you’ve had a skiing accident in the middle of the Alps, you are alone in the mountains, away from a hospital and inaccessible? We'll organize search & rescue! We'll send a helicopter to evacuate you and transfer to a hospital, to be accompanied by competent medical staff. Also, we'll provide for you emergency treatment, immobilization, x-rays, reliable doctors, medication and good communication.
